PsAIch (Beta)Talk to Nat

Mental Health Support

Surveys

Optional check-ins that help you reflect on your experience with Sera. Your results appear in My Progress.

Before you start

Surveys are optional. They are not required to access Sera, and they are not medical advice.

  • Free Sera access: talking with Sera remains available regardless of survey participation.
  • Shared devices: your check-in access uses a session token stored in this browser. Use a separate PsAIch profile below, a separate browser profile, or delete your profile when finished.
  • Privacy boundary: organisation and global analytics use consented, aggregated data only.

Your PsAIch profile on this device

Useful if multiple people share one computer.

Tip: this is not a login. It simply keeps survey history separated inside this browser.

Choose your plan

Talk with Sera is free. Surveys and Progress features can be individual, plus, or organisation-funded.

Analytics sharing (optional)

If enabled, this profile’s saved PANAS/NASA-TLX history can be included in anonymised, aggregated dashboard analytics across Just me (free), Just me (plus), and organisation pilot. If you opt in later, this profile’s existing PANAS/NASA-TLX history becomes eligible immediately. Turning sharing off stops future dashboard inclusion, but anonymised aggregate PANAS/NASA-TLX submissions that were already included remain in dashboard analytics even if you later clear live check-ins or delete this profile.

Check-ins

Saved server-side. View results in My Progress.

Mood Check (PANAS)

A quick mood snapshot. You can do it before and/or after a Sera session.

Saved server-side

Session Load (NASA‑TLX)

How demanding the session felt. Useful when sessions vary in difficulty.

Not in free choice

Tip: PANAS is most interpretable when you do a Pre and a Post around the same session.

Free plan: pick one check-in type. Plus and Pilot: both check-ins are available (Pilot requires consent in this prototype).
