What is PsAIch?
PsAIch is a Not-For-Profit (NFP) entity, which provides an AI character platform to support real-time interaction. It powers two product lines: Mental Health Support (Sera MHS, impact-first) and Commercial Characters (for AI embodied training/tutoring/support). Learn more on the Platform page.
What is the difference between Mental Health Support and Commercial Characters?
- Mental Health Support: Sera MHS, impact-first, non-clinical, end users don’t pay directly.
- Commercial Characters: AI embodied tutors/trainers/customer support characters for organisations.
What is the difference between free and plus users?
Free users can choose only one check-in, i.e., either PANAS or NASA-TLX, with only one check-in report, whereas Plus users have access to both check-ins with an aggregated report. In addition, the Plus users' aggregated report provides AI-generated insights, which help them improve MH skills by suggesting practical steps.
Is Sera therapy or a mental health service?
No. Mental Health Support is non-clinical and skills-building, designed to complement human support. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. See Safety.
Should users subscribe to talk with Sera?
No. PsAIch's vision and mission are "Impact First" to provide Mental Health Support to all users, regardless of their tier. We recommend creating a dedicated profile to track your progress.
Can Nat give pricing, quotes, or timelines?
Nat provides general information only. For pricing, quotes, timelines, or anything requiring commitments, please use Contact.
Does Talk to Nat record conversations?
Talk to Nat may be transcribed for clarity and recorded for quality, training, analytics, and issue resolution. You’ll see clear indicators when mic and recording are on. See Privacy.
