PsAIch (Beta)Talk to Nat

Privacy

This page is a plain-English summary of how we aim to handle data. It will be refined as PsAIch evolves.

Our core privacy principles

  • We aim to collect the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the service safely.
  • Individual-level mental health data/analytics is not disclosed.
  • Where analytics are used, they should be aggregated, anonymised where feasible, and consent-based for optional survey analytics.
  • No targeted advertising or exploitative use of mental-health-related data.

Website pages

We may collect basic analytics to understand website usage and improve content. We avoid collecting sensitive personal information via website forms.

Talk to Nat (voice + transcript + recording)

When you use Talk to Nat, your conversation may be transcribed for clarity and recorded for quality, training, analytics, and to help resolve issues if needed.

You’ll see clear indicators when mic and recording are on. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

Mental Health surveys and analytics

Optional Mental Health surveys and check-ins are stored server-side so you can review your progress over time. If you enable analytics sharing for a profile, that profile’s saved PANAS/NASA-TLX history may also be included in anonymised, aggregated dashboard analytics across Just me (free), Just me (plus), and organisation pilot.

Once a consented PANAS/NASA-TLX submission has been included in dashboard analytics, that anonymised aggregate contribution may remain there even if the live check-ins are later cleared or the profile is deleted. Organisation dashboards remain pilot-specific and only show aggregated pilot results for consented pilot participants.
