Track A pilots & evaluation

Track A pilots are designed to be structured, safe, and measurable. Typical pilots run 3–6 months, depending on scope and partner needs.

Pilot structure (typical)

  1. Discovery: goals, cohort, and safeguarding alignment.
  2. Setup: access method, onboarding plan, and boundaries.
  3. Run: monitored deployment with operational check-ins.
  4. Evaluate: agreed measures + qualitative feedback.
  5. Report: summary findings and next-step recommendation.

Evaluation examples

Evaluation can include validated wellbeing and usability measures (e.g., PANAS, SUS), plus structured qualitative analysis—depending on partner needs and ethics considerations.

Measures and methods are finalised with partners before deployment.

Data handling (plain-English)

  • We aim to collect the minimum data required to operate and evaluate safely.
  • Individual-level mental health data is not sold.
  • Where analytics are used, they should be aggregated and anonymised.
